4 days away from 16 months. New loan funds must be running low. Not a lot of conversions of warrants and not all of those would be for cash. Very few shares available to sell. The balance of wants and needs are coming to a head, IMO. They want a Journal first, it appears. And, topline announcement in conjunction. Depending where we are with Journal, they may have to release topline first and follow as closely as possible with Journal. If, for nothing else, to gain investor confidence to raise more money. ASM is too far away so any potential authorized share change or R/S is too far off to help. I am sticking to Feb 16th as announcement day. If not then or before, I may step aside until there is more clarity.
