Your questions are muddled?
I have followed the entire process. DL custodianship to now. What does the company changing their name to Yicheng have to do with where we are now? To my understanding we are awaiting the ticker change. We don't know the length of that process nor the issues that might have arisen.
Again, what is your question/problem?
