Betting heavily that Erhe would fail and go bankrupt and shorts would go scot free isn’t looking so good at this point. Oh, it’s seemed like a slam dunk a few years ago but that was before we got our hands on the documents from the very costly litigation in the 3 year plus law suit brought about by Kosmos against little ole Erhe. So now it’s looking very bleak for those that bet heavily that failure and bankruptcy would occur. Here are the HARD LESSONS learned by those making that bet. 1- litigation documents show Total Fina extremely interesting in Blk4 and signing a deal with Erhe. 2- Total, after seeing the results of the seismic was ecstatic to get involved with Erhe 3- Erhe won the David vrs Goliath 3 year litigation and now has 100% rights to block 4 pending a deal that details were redacted. 4- Kosmos top litigation attorney called blk4 the JEWEL of the EEZ. 5- Documents show Kosmos valued blk4 at $500,000,000.00 and was asking to be compensated for as much during litigation. 6 - And most importantly She’ll is starting off shore drilling on blk 6 THIS VERY WEEK,right on the border of blk4 ANYONE can see that the ODDS HAVE SHIFTED DRAMATICALLY.
