If the odds have shifted so dramatically in favor of erhe success, why does the share price continue near zero?

Regarding longtime investors, they were wiped out with a 1:100 reverse split and subsequent 3 billion shares of dilution. For a longtime investor who paid just 10 cents/share before the toxic debt fiasco and reverse split, the share price would have to go to $10 just to break even. It can't even get to 10 cents.

Seems like the celebrations should be on hold at least until the stock can reach a penny, yes?
