Mark Kay has to be the worst CEO I've seen in a while.

Not only that but he's a compulsive liar.

I remember him reassuring everyone there wouldn't be a reverse split then he reverse split the stock a few days later.

He always promises what he can't deliver.

Once he even said client contracts are signed, now the revenue. Neither the signed contracts nor the revenue were true. All lies.
