From what I understand you can buy as much as you want on the market but as an insider you are restricted to small amount of the total os per month I believe.. I also would suspect the 100 million was GS and the other guy that was hired as CEO for like a month and fired at the same time as GS? GM wasn't involved until may or june of 2020
so it would have had to of been GS and Jarred Davidson
