Mr. and Mrs. Chizick were wrongfully terminated by ChizComm and its owner Genius Brands, despite having founded and made ChizComm successful and performing loyally and in the best interest of ChizComm and Genius Brands.

For this reason, Mr. and Mrs. Chizick have unfortunately had to file a lawsuit. The details within the lawsuit is cosmetics only. I do wonder why they waited this long to move forward on such. Another riddle in WallStreet. Seen many like this not see the spotlight at the end of the tunnel. It happens even in the best families. They are looking for more money, after seeing the path the company is taking. I am swinging this company anyways, Cup and Handle formed yesterday, next week or Monday will be interesting.
