I don't have much sympathies. Did you read the complaint. One of the reasons for Harold's termination was for selling securities while in possession of non-public information. Filed SEC Form 4s shows Harold sold over 400,000 shares of GNUS late December 2021. We should find out more of the story when GNUS files an answer to the complaint.

I never liked GNUS's acquisition of ChizComm. The losses up to Q3 2021 exceed what GNUS paid for them.

I don't think the lawsuit will last long and I doubt anyone will come out of it looking good.
