World Day for the Reduction of CO2 Emissions! A special day where we reinforce our commitment to clean energy and the advance to carbon neutrality, an objective that has led us to be the first mining company to obtain the Clean Turn Seal, certification that promotes sustainable transport and less impact on the road.

We continue to build a future with a 2% reduction in the carbon footprint of our products and 40% less GHG emissions. In addition, we stopped emitting 87 thousand tons of CO2 in 2021.

Our robust Sustainability Plan proposes concrete actions to achieve carbon neutrality, committing to develop its products through an environmentally friendly process throughout its value chain, permanently subject to important international certifications with high standards of transparency and reportability.

And strengthening this commitment, in 2021 we join race to Zero, a global campaign backed by the UN to promote emission reductions by 2050.
