IMO, only....I think something big is coming down between Coop and Blackrock... why?.... here are some points, but not yet dots that have been occurring as of late..

(1) J Bray and some insiders have sold stock a few months ago about 43 dollars range, now the stock has fallen..

(2) Was Rosen lying in his remarks that WMIH had sold all of its MBS to GSE (government sponsored agencies) and thereby had no SAFE HARBOR assets off books?..

(3) is the reason that coop does not report these SH assets if they in fact do exist is to hold the price of coop stock well below book value, and earnings, so as not to let the stock price run up to at least its fair value?

(4) why are shorts all of a sudden in a hurry to cover before some event takes place?

(5 coop is getting rid of some assets (Xome) as if to tidy up its corporate structure to get cash and buy up stock...

(6)... Blackjack just announced that they hold about 13.7 percent of coop stock...why are they increasing their shares at this time? interest set to rise, Blackrock holds a massive inventory of real estate, and will set out on a buying spree to buy real estate when the foreclosures of homes and commercial property takes off...they will need the services of a mortgage company, IMO to handle this scenario..

(7)...now the kicker......Coop has been stalling to announce these SH assets on the balance sheet so as not to let the price of coop reach fair value, in anticipation of a buyout offer from Blackrock...they will get Coop cheap, as well as the Safe Harbor assets for free, thereby increasing the Enterprise Value of Coop Tremendously...they will the take coop Private, repackage the values, then put them back out to the public in a public offering, and make a fortune and still have control of coop for their private business.... remember, KKR did the same tactic with Nabisco many years ago, and KKR made millions... these are points to consider, and not to connect, but the coming March 22 closure of the WMIL-T, and a possible closure of the Receivership might be close, and Blackrock might be ready to make a move on coop here.... JMO.... Lodas
