He perhaps can respond with a court filing? ...with his explanation of the events, and his side of the story. Or he could go to the hearing and Defend himself? Or he can express his innocence and not show up?
If things don't swing his way on the Complaint, I would guess, that the court would grant her Motion to Void and Vacate the Satisfaction of the Judgement, and it will be a valid Judgement that she has coming to her, both in reality and in the court record. Of course, Morgan has already "assigned" the rights and Interest to the Judgement back to her anyways.
