Clearly not very successfully as you have time to banter back-and-forth with a guy on the Internet after midnight Manhattan time. No real M&A guy would care about our little forum enough to disrespect it and argue vagaries.

Thanks again for your kind words. Clearly, you've never worked in M&A --- let's just say we don't sleep much. I closed a multi-billion dollar deal earlier this week and have a much larger deal that will get signed up in a couple weeks.

The only thing getting disrespected on this site is me with your kind posts. And BTW, I don't argue.
