Just the fact that he wasn't working in the best interest of the company and failed to disclose patent infringement with the AMD deal for the non-contact thermometers that he set up tells a lot, IMHO.

Third, Defendant Schreiber failed to disclose his past SEC issues to RedHawk and its investors."
