One of my siblings lives in Daytona. Him and his wife, not vaxxed.

I asked why, well, no long term data about side effects etc etc. No good reason. His wife would not even let her 75 yo mother get vaxxed.

I have a neighbor my age, 50ish, whose daughter went to school with mine, died last year. Someone in my church died, early 70s. My wife has someone she works with, early 50s, got it the first year, not hospitalized, but now has no sense of smell or taste. He says all food tastes like p00p. I wouldn't want that. Those two in their 50s were healthy.

So risk of death from COVID and/or long terms effects like no smell or taste is not greater than the risk of unknown side effects from Vax? Every one can make their own decision but the scale does not seem a toss up or even close, for me.
