Like I said before WHy would she want to put it on the books? I doubt its about that I think its about getting Alex's shares to retire some and to get paid back but wait no she could just sell the shell and get paid back or issue herself shares for payment of services and get paid back? so really I think its all about Alex's shares and the easiest way to retire them is to do this
It also looks like Mark Hagen is Margret's son in law I believe
