What I don't get is technically Margret could issue herself XXX amount of restricted shares for what's owed her why waste the time going after alex? I think its to get control of his shares to get rid of them and not have them hanging over cubv margret would easily get paid when the they find someone to buy the shell .... or Maybe its because SHarp said he was going to take control of CUBV to get "RID" of these shareholders so she's doing it first???
