I am a long term poster on this board..I had a fair sized stake in the company (90,000 shares)...Which I ended up selling after the patent fiasco..

At this point I have decided to take another look..This is after reading about Dr. Reddy whining about somebody taking away his toys..It sucks when after a long term of being the pisser that you get pissed on...

A long time before today...Amarin was actively scanning landscape for sources of EPA..and it was their hole card...Amarin had tied up EPA (med grade) long ago..That is why I was so surprised the generics went after the drug..I don't see how the generics have a case when they knew the facts before they started to steal the drug...

I also like the fact we are getting an activist investor..Thero and Kennedy were a couple of rogues...Sounds like the new guys are going to clean up the mess. Whether they want to sell or keep the company is an open issue..But if these guys understand that Vascepa might just be the most valuable drug of them all...Maybe they will choose to keep the company..

Anyway nice to see a lot of the old guys is still around. Hope everyone is doing well..And I am going to say...Amarin is cat with nine lives..and they haven't managed to kill her...good luck to all you longs..
