Sure, but the language using the word "expected" makes it sound like some time in the past. The Nov CC still called for approval around end of 2021. Now end of 2022 (possibly) and then another couple of years before any meaningful sales coupled with perceptions that China would steal it all, shows why the market values China at zero.
