Both men are building a future for all of us.

They are not absconding to the Cowboy state with our shares (as some have feared).

The posted link to the “merger” is legitimate. The documents reflect a simple change of venue and registration for GnBA. Why? I believe the wind-down and relocation serves a fiduciary purpose that provides value to shareholders that will become evident when the business provides a shared look into the future with investors.

This means we wait.

Speaking for my 1% ownership of the business: I continue to trust both men without waver, and I will wait.
