Neither Carter, UOIP or Chanbond conducts any business in California.

I have seen many cases where the Defendant doesn't waste any time or money defending a case that is meaningless - there isn't enforceable actions - the Carter Attorneys aren't very concerned with a default judgement.

The complaint should have been filed in Federal District Court in Delaware.
