there is no assets right now its a Empty shell. CUBV as a shell is the only asset and its only worth something if someone does something with it that adds value other wise if she got $300k+ of shares to sell this would be .0001 so fast not to mention she's an insider so she is restricted on how many shares per month she could sell unless she wants to get in trouble. she'd also have to file notice of each sell each time Rule 10b5-1 I believe and someone said where she's Custodian of it they are prevented from doing so while being Custodian it would take her a long time to sell shares unless she's no longer an insider
