I also don't see were CUBV is named as liable party other then Alex was CEO of CUBV at the time maybe margret added it to the CUBV books though it was against CUBV and GM and Margret had a veberal agreement to remove it for merger? who knows but really can't find where CUBV Company is responsible for it but ALEX is dunno also where GM gave control fully back to Margret I don't think you can sue yourself pointless to go after a company with no $$ as well I also think margret got control of CUBV because she was owed money but no idea ALEX is the one that should pay her back or forfeit his shares to her?
