Gm probably did a very smart thing by resigning and naming MW the custodian while she has a pending lawsuit against CUBV. His actions now create an inherent conflict of interest where if she as CUBV custodian settles the lawsuit on its behalf, she very well could be in breach of her duty of loyalty and several other fiduciary responsibilities. It's a checkmate move and eliminates the lawsuit entirely in my humble opinion. She could very well see a derivative suit from CUBV shareholders if she persist with her lawsuit as well. She is in a very compromised position at this point.

Dare I even say that since she is court appointed, a motion can be made for contempt of court. I hope she thinks about what she is doing!
