Maybe Bob becomes CEO of combined company?
CEO of a $50mil revenue company is better than today.
Bob instantly triples his net worth.
Ok, enough of that.

The reason this might happen is due to the valuation mismatch between WRAP and VTSI. WRAP trades at super high valuations, especially the one that matters….PS.

Another reason is that suddenly the tie between Axon and Wrap has been broken.

WRAP also has $50mil in cash on their balance sheet.

Also remember Bob does not own enough VTSI shares to fend off an offer of perhaps $20.
