The CUBV shell has been taken over by a shareholder who was screwed over by former management. IMO this is nothing like other OTC shell plays; this is personal.

Margaret Willett has been fighting this fight for at least two years and has done everything her and her consultant have said they would do since she was appointed as custodian in June of this year. It’s just taking a bit longer than expected to get over the final hurdle to become pink current. However, she did confirm to me via her October 18th email reply that there are no show stoppers and she assured me CUBV will become OTC Pink Current in the near future.

Yes, she said near future but I’m betting she didn’t give a specific timeline because the last timeline provided by the consultant running the CUBV twitter feed didn’t work out so well. I suspect they learned there lesson on that point. In any event, Margaret has a clear and well documented history of following through and getting things done.
