IF GS was such a great guy he would of tweeted that he was going to try and take over and then go after the large share holders he thought he could prove got shares they shouldn't and that he'd find a great merger candidate for it but instead he said he wants to do a huge R/S and screw everyone and do nothing but bankrupt cubv what it has next to no debt and go after a Lawyer he thinks is a crook... its not hard to go after a lawyer with out taking over a public company simply file a complaint with the BAR association my dad almost got my moms lawyer removed as a lawyer during their divorce for filing a complaint..
