Simply stated, verbally and written expectations created in this particular setting which remained in place and uncorrected through said time or milestone point mentioned are lies, protected under safe harbor but they are still lies, and those lies are used to great effect by the bears and the company. Lawyers know this they just never want to admit this. It’s poker table, rules of the game stuff that the average investor has trouble fathoming the consequences of.
