Well if I was a betting man I would say that my connected dots indicate that our friend and great contributor JayBiscuit was responsible for that document..... and of course in addition to JayBiscuit (presumably) taking the time to put the 'milestone chronology' together ....... along with all of JayBiscuits great, great research ...... there were many others who also spent their precious time providing some of their own top-notch research, opinions and tidbits that were contained in that document ..... and collectively everyone working to provide an incredible trail of information and insight. It is an awesome way to help others, especially those like myself who are not 'material' / technical guys and gals..... because that level of detail is really much needed with an investment such as this .... and it is what helps 'add the glue' to the connected dots for a more logical and straight-forward assessment for people like myself... ... Thanks so much to all those who have taken the time to contribute their research, knowhow etc...
