I asked before but it might have gotten overlooked so my apologies for the redundancy.
Stocks on the rise typically issue new shares. If what folks here claim/see (I don't know how to see this information) that shares are locked up and big blocks aren't available-how will new investors buy shares? How does it affect our shares if new shares are issued?
