(OTCQB: ABQQ), an intellectual property (IP) and movie investment and licensing firm announces entry into an agreement with the buyer in Hong Kong to sell its 3 films' “Love Over The World”, “Our Treasures” and “Confusion” broadcast rights of mainland China for a consideration of $1.8 million in cash. AB continues to own all copyrights & broadcast rights excluding mainland China.

The Company is preparing for opening its first New York State theater in May or the earliest in April 2022.
