It's starting to look like the company is/was using the "INVESTIGATION" as as an excuse all along, by implying, it is the reason why they have been "silent" and have done nothing! So, if the SEC leaves it up to a company as to whether they report an investigation to its shareholders or not, then why are they not reporting it to "WE" the shareholders officially as CYDY did? It begs the question, is it worse to report the investigation & inform shareholders of its basis rather than saying anything at all? It certainly appears to be so. Anyways, let's assume there really is an investigation still going on, then why have they not filed the Quarterly & Annual financials? There is absolutely no reason not to! Joe, where the heck are the financials? You owe them to the shareholders! Between remaining quiet & not filing the financials, they must not want us seeing something IMHO! Why have numerous folks departed the company quietly if we supposedly are on the verge of a breakthrough with the "Complete Vaccine"? Where is our Corporate office now that they have been kicked out of the official one? Also, since the share structure is no longer updated, they could now dilute the crap out of this. No doubt, something is bad wrong in GNBT/NGIO Land! It makes one wonder, was this a scam all along?
