There's so many things pointing to a total failure here. While the company has the option to report the alleged on-going investigation to it's shareholders and chooses not to, it certainly makes you wonder why they refuse to. Also, there is absolutely no reason why they can't file their quarterly's & annuals. And, once again, it makes one wonder why they choose not to. Why? IMHO, the only reason why they choose not to do the above is because it would be worse to do rather not to! So, it begs the question, has there been a total failure?

Unfortunately, it seems as though many carts were put before the horses.
Not keeping up with filings will surely mean delisting.

Another question with regard to filings..... were they cooking the books~?
Just what they hell is going on~? No response from those in charge of this company tells me something is seriously wrong.

Why strike a contract with a Malaysian company making it seem as though everything is on the way, and months later the Malaysian company is stiffed
out of what was supposed to be a promising vaccine.... unless there was something going on behind the scenes shareholders were not made aware of.

Curiosity has me wanting to know what the deal is here.
Were we scammed~? I dunno.......

It's beginning to smell that way.
