You do realise market corrections can last a long time, right? Look how long the stock markets declined after the dot com crash in '00 and Lehman in '08? It took years and years to recover. There's no logical reason to assume what's happening is over now or will be over soon.

Why would a director dispose of $350k of shares last week if a deal was to be announced this week? What you're suggesting doesn't make sense.

What's the point of just automatically assuming the rosiest outcome possible without considering alternatives? It benefits no-one - it's just self-soothing.
