EEGI’s future is uncertain - will there be a merger? Go to a dollar? Uplist to NASDAQ?
Who knows?
One thing for sure- the SEC being understaffed and underfunded always follows the money, of which there is none here. Thus you can’t count on their help.
They just leave the trip zeros to their sad fate, which more often than not is an eventual no-bid.
Will that happen here?

I see you’re coming around to the lotto ticket scenario- good to see.
Not a good look though to invoke Warren Buffett and high profile scams like Theranos (which reached a ten billion valuation) on a trip zero board.
It makes it seem like EEGI is being exalted as being something unique & special, which it’s not.
It’s just a trip zero stock, a little diversion to throw some loose change at for a few million shares & see what happens.
