XTI Aircraft has been planning and in existence for years with eyes on the prize. Duffy came in as catalyst. That Eco-Aero JV Agreement always meant Duffy would have to borrow or create $10M as no fire retardant or nano-lubes revenues are or were Xeriant's at that point.

Bellweather's evtol is not the same market as the TriFan 600, other than urban and short distance, air-taxing, etc. TriFan 600 is designed to far exceed distance, speed and number of passengers per flight, and set for three year earlier commercialization.

Also, there are many other evtols out there that will be hitting the market in 2024-25-26, too. TriFan 600 is unique to these too. And, other evtols/vtols are viable to compare and to Bellwhether's evtol, although not so sexy and cool looking.

But to your other post, XTI is not Xeriant. I believe XTI Aircraft is likely to make its TriFan 600 a reality. What is still up in the air is whether Xeriant will be along for the ride, or even the holding company that takes XTI Aircraft public.

Xeriant's Maxim's money is more probable than not. They already did a test the waters $6M deal, with intent to take Xeriant big board public.

Makes sense to me little on each company's website about the other, as no partnership other than $6M and their industry connections exists. If they merge, if Xeriant has been forthright, then the info will then be there as the two as one.
