Reread my post. GABA/glutamate IS in the trial designs and is measured in our 3 rett trials as “other outcome measures”. What I said in my post was if it is further validated (as in all 3 rett trials), it could be used for FUTURE TRIALS (future indications) as a surrogate endpoint. This remains true and could be a reason for delaying the start of the other rare diseases.
