Good for Jose, wherever he goes. My guess is he did this on his own accord and most likely LWLG was never involved.

I have no idea if Jose would be a good fit for LWLG or not, or if needed. It's not as if we have confirmation that LWLG made him an offer and he refused. (I mean in Jose's words, we're gold, right?)

Most likely he made a move which he had been planning for some time and it has no connection. Best wishes to him.
