The true disposition of the FDA post Aduhelm is yet to be known. The situation has created MORE uncertainty as politics, policy, science and money collide.

As a final thought: perhaps it has become easier to pull a Biogen on the FDA especially in a rare disease like Rett.

On the other hand the Sarepta Eteplersin saga and the scorn the FDA have felt since the Aduhelm debacle may pull the FDA in opposite direction.

Only time will tell.
