By Morgan not going to court may have been the better if not genius option to ensure that the judge made the decision which resulted in Sharp winning the case.
If Morgan Showed or presented remarks the case could have went to trial which would take months on end to complete.
It appears Morgan wants to close this merger and dealing with Sharpe through a trial is just not the best option right now.
Sharpe has no choice but to accept the judges decision which is a forced settlement. Now we no longer have to look far and beyond to have this case close sometime in the summer or beyond.
On a brighter note we can now continue on with our merger and Sharpe can receive his money and put this all behind us.
Morgan paid a lot of money to get this thing current, I don't think he would go this far just to see it fail now.
Soon we will hear from Morgan as in regards to what happens next.
