I think ego size was a problem throughout this saga (from all sides).
Ironically, a criminal verdict of guilty would set a trust free from
its managers (if unitholders sue) which would decrease discount vs
nav. such clause is a usual one in partnership agreements, so it
should be in a trust as well.
