Still not clear on if we have say 5000 shares of NILE and the price is $2.00 per share when the split is announced you said it's "the sum of the two pieces should be equal to the total"... of what total? Share count or share price. I can't see getting 5000 shares of the spinoff even at a dollar. There usually is a ratio to the numbers of shares owned to the designated split price. Sorry to ask so many questions.
