Split isnt happening for a while and as far as details what details do you want. They are sending Bitcoin, Defi-related activities and Data center to NILE and everything else goes to a new ticker, as far as price, the market will determine that, but the sum of the two pieces "should" be equal to the total, though it wont be perfect, but what matters right now is that the combined company is way way oversold, and so I would just focus on making sure you have shares now and everything will take care of itself later.

But to your Q yes all your shares now will count towards the split. Maybe at one point leading up to the split there will be a cutoff, but not something to be concerned about right now.
