Rafa, I agree with you on the positive day comment. But I can't see the PIPE investors holding on to their $25 gain ($40 - $15), given the inflation now and its likely growth over the next 6 months,

Given the decline of $3+ yesterday, is it possible that those folks sold short then and will sub the unrestricted shares tomorrow when they have to settle?

We'll see tomorrow.
