Maybe just Maybe Vanguard..

..or related entity was buying to inflate the price with little nibbles and then Vanguard stepped in with a massive 4 Million short sell in the Dark Pool....and now they wait to cover and thus establish their long position..

My guess is that's how big bank roll bullies work.

The minute that they cover they cover with a massive profit and then hold for a run or a buyout.

in my clueless opinion.
