The PPS will adjust to a higher level instantly on a merger, reverse merger, acquisition, or if they find a winning mega million jackpot lottery ticket and put into the company. Then come the day traders and flippers. They hit OTC and big board tickers with tens or hundreds of millions cash for small daily gains. That is the action you will see above .05c and beyond.
