Sukus is spot on... it has been said that BP's don't like to pay over 3x current stock price.... so if let's say $MRK wanted to offer $36 a share for NWBO, they would need the NWBO share price to be at least $12, or Merck would get in trouble with THEIR shareholders... and getting on NASDAQ or another major exchange would help NWBO reach that price point...(-:
