I can't wait either. Not only can the cropped table be raised, but it is a central core component of the dagger that we are seeking to strike into the heart of the miscarriage of justice, which destroyed Amarin and its shareholders. The cropped table, and the Bhatt article, the two things that the People demanded but could not get from Amarin, are what this appeal is all about.

We are not messing around. We are all-in, pushing all of our chips to the center of the table. Throughout 100 page of appellate briefing, we have forced these issues front and center. At oral argument, we intend to force them even further, as these issues are winners if the Court correctly views this case.
