5. What will be done with any cash held by the Trust immediately prior to dissolution?

As discussed above and consistent with the A&R LTA, the Trust’s remaining cash, after satisfying any outstanding liabilities, was distributed to an eligible charitable organization. For these purposes an “eligible charitable organization” is one that, among other requirements, satisfies Section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code, as amended.

Grantor's left over money is distributed to charity because Grantor were Creditors.However, dissolution is not complete and the outcome is yet to know.If they recover any assets,that goes to other owners as elected.IMO.
