I noticed there was a Court filing last week, rescheduling Pretrial/Trial. As I understood, that case was Dismissed and concluded last month, so I'm a little perplexed by that. I don't see any lawyers involved with the Filing either. Perhaps it's an oversight by the Court scheduler?
As I understand, regardless of the Case status, Saean already has what they need regarding this shell.
Based on those recent Korean PRs, one would think we see more information revealed soon. Usually, a company doesn't sign MOUs and issue those type PRs, unless they are close to acting on them.
Also, noticed an SI filed for Saean Medical last month.
