No, the float is going to be higher than the "Held at DTC" number as there are likely a significant number of shares that have been issued to insiders or sold through the DSPP that have yet to be deposited in retail brokerage accounts.

The public can only infer the growth rate of the float using that "Held at DTC" number.

Only ZNOG can know the true float, and they are declining to share that information with their investors.
